Amir 2dccccb584 Updated normal maps for JavaScript, TypeScript 
Now, TypeScript uses the JavaScript maps. Also, changed the maps for
following (to make it more standard):

* `<Ctrl+T>` => `console.log()`
* `<Ctrl+A>` => `alert()`

Amir 708e4f0d48 Replace mru.vim with CtrlPMRU 
Removes mru.vim and remaps `<leader>f` to `CtrlPMRU`

Removed let g:mapleader in line 59 
Since we are already defining mapleader to ",", there is no need to define g:leader as well.

So I removed g:mapleader from the vimrc, to make it simpler.

Tomas Slusny 52e1b93cf0 Properly disable sound on errors on MacVim 
Current configuration was not disabling that annoying sounds on MacVim. According to help:

```
Use visual bell instead of beeping.  The terminal code to display the
	visual bell is given with 't_vb'.  When no beep or flash is wanted,
	use ":set vb t_vb=".
	Note: When the GUI starts, 't_vb' is reset to its default value.  You
	might want to set it again in your |gvimrc|.
```
