Tim Byrne	c4f2141e35	Add Dockerfile for testbed ... To unify the testing platform, a docker image will be used. This image will contain all of the test system prerequisites. This should make it easier to run tests uniformly across developer machines and Travis CI. This image will be published at https://hub.docker.com/r/yadm/testbed/	2017-01-05 16:58:18 -06:00
