Update homeassistant-core-install.sh

- Breaking Change 
- Home Assistant has transitioned to using `uv` for managing the virtual environment and installing additional modules.
- No upgrade to 2024.10.0 from old versions. Please create a new LXC.
- Fixes https://github.com/tteck/Proxmox/issues/3817
